Week 4 of 5K training has begun. It breaks down like this:
- brisk 5 minute warm-up walk
- 3 minute run
- 90 second walk
- 5 minute run (!!)
- 2 and a half minute walk
- 3 minute run
- 90 second walk
- 5 minute run
- 5 minute cool-down
It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but then again, I didn't run as much as I should have.
Note to self -- don't go running when you
have to go to the bathroom don't know you have to go to the bathroom but realize it halfway into the workout. It's not fun.
