...and you know what that means! It's weigh day! Well, it's more like it's weigh day... ho hum.
I've lost two pounds since the August 15th weigh in. Kind of disappointing, but I guess it's better than gaining two pounds. Let's look on the bright side!
I know I have no one to blame but myself and I'm not going to beat myself up about this. There's more time to be running and eating well. Time to re-motivate.
